Terra Program

Our foundational strength program, based on functional movements.

Our Terra Program provides 4 guided workouts a week to be done in a garage/globo/local gym or box. 

Written by coach Arlan and Coach Whitney from SonMade Fitness, this program follows a 12 week progressional cycle. 
 
Taking the athlete through a 6 week building phase, into a deload or lighter week, and back into another 6 week building phase.
 
Every 12 weeks has a specific focus i.e. Terra Fundamentals, Junk and Trunk, Push and Pull, Lower Body Flexion. 
 
This is the most affordable way to work with the coaches of SonMade Fitness and be a part of the SonMade Community. 
 
$49 a month gives you access to 16 workouts a month, with specific warm ups and cool downs, hand written and tested by the coaches of SonMade Fitness. 

With the download of a FREE app you get all the workouts delivered straight to your phone, and direct communication to the coaches.
